- The consultant's mission is to carry out technical studies with a view to the execution of the cleaning of hydraulic axes which will increase the flood area of the AFNIA bowl to improve the crops of decline (approximately 400 ha) D 'A part, and on the other hand, the realization of (8 km) of tracks and construction of crossing works to open up the villages of Ngorel, Dioulom and Gourel Boubou.
